These Terms of Service govern your use of codenvibe.in and any web design, development, SEO or digital marketing services provided by codeNvibe ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
codeNvibe provides website design and development, SEO, and related digital services for small businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are agreed separately with each client, typically over WhatsApp, email, or a written proposal, before work begins.
2. Payments
- Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins, with the balance due on or before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Recurring services (SEO, maintenance, hosting management) are billed monthly as agreed with the client.
- Prices quoted are specific to the project discussed and are not a fixed public rate card.
3. Revisions & Project Scope
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the start. Requests outside the original scope (new pages, new features, major redesigns) may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and login access needed to complete a project on time, and for reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable time. Delays in providing this information may delay the project timeline.
5. Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final delivered website/content for their own business use. Reusable code snippets, internal tools, and pre-built components developed by codeNvibe remain the property of codeNvibe and may be reused across other projects.
6. Hosting & Third-Party Services
Where a project uses third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways, WhatsApp/Meta APIs), those services have their own terms and costs, which are the client's responsibility to maintain unless covered under an agreed management plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
codeNvibe will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality, functional work, but is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages, or issues arising from changes made to the site by the client or another developer after delivery.
8. Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has started, payment is due for work already completed. Advance payments are non-refundable once development has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Website Use
You may not use codenvibe.in to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse content/imagery from this site without permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
